Warranties you can count on
Our standard warranties are 12 months from date of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to make a warranty claim
- Report your claim as soon as possible. If there is a major problem such as structural failure you must immediately isolate it so it cannot be used.
- Take high resolution photos of the fault. Please don’t manually adjust your camera settings. This can over-exaggerate the fault and slow the claim process down.
- Email the photos to our Warranty department. Please include your order number and the quantities of products detected as faulty.
Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or assembly, such as damaged threads, screw holes may result in voiding the right to a replacement, refund or compensation. - Our team will inspect the photos. In the rare case of an issue during inspection, we'll contact you regarding policy violations and fees. Please understand that this process may take up to 7 days after the claim is received.
- Your claim will be processed. This may take the form of a refund, exchange or replacement.
