How to return products
Contact returns@kinso.com.au to initiate your return. Returns within 30 days do not incur return delivery charges so let us know ASAP.
We’ll organise a pickup day.
Keep products in the condition you received them in. Please keep non-damaged products in new condition and do not assemble them. Damage resulting in improper use, policy abuse, or assembly, such as damaged threads, screw holes, glue, or any other damages, may void the right to a refund.
Securely pack the furniture in its original packaging. If the furniture is damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging, we may deduct the full retail value of the item from the refund.
Be ready from 9:00am and 5:00pm on the scheduled pickup day. If the pickup is not successful and needs to be rescheduled, we can arrange another pickup on your behalf but will deduct a re-booking fee of $150 from your refund.
Our team will thoroughly inspect the product(s). In the rare case of an issue during inspection, we'll contact you regarding policy violations and fees. This inspection may take place up to 7 days after the furniture is received.
Your refund will be issued. Please note that some banks may take up to 10 business days to finalise the transaction after we issue the refund. The refund will only be issued via the original payment method made.
